Job Requirements

  • Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
  • dessert baking experience preferred
  • live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
  • eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • COVID-19 vaccination

  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • strong attention to detail and creativity
  • knowledge of baking techniques and food safety

  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Scratch bake a variety of desserts such as cookies, bars, and cakes for over 6,000 patrons daily
  • develop and create new dessert menu items
  • maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
  • collaborate with culinary team to meet daily production targets
  • manage inventory and ingredient stock levels
