Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of baking techniques and safety standards
- strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with baking

Job Duties
- Craft high-quality bread, cookies, pastries, and unique desserts using refined baking skills and techniques
- beautify cakes and baked goods with imaginative and meticulous embellishments
- utilize ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and with optimal efficiency
- adhere to the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of the products
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and shelves and ensure they are adequately stocked
- communicate effectively with clients to deliver top-quality service
