Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

adhere to the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of the products
maintain the cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and shelves and ensure they are adequately stocked
communicate effectively with clients to deliver top-quality service
