Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • previous experience in customer service
  • ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

Job Duties

  • Train the Concierge team according to departmental standards
  • master and teach all technology systems of the Concierge department
  • master and teach all duties and standards of the Concierge department
  • master and teach all information about dining, activities, and adventures at The Broadmoor
  • master standards of the Concierge Desk, Lobby Ambassador, and Window Desk
  • oversee training process and materials
  • work with management to monitor changes and implement improvements
  • communicate team training needs with supervisors
  • execute training recaps for improvement
  • function as a role model and mentor
  • provide active coaching and answer questions
  • complete additional duties including VIP itinerary planning, private concierge work, duty assignment during management absence
  • adapt to fast-paced and evolving environment
