Job Duties
- Train the Concierge team according to departmental standards
- master and teach all technology systems of the Concierge department
- master and teach all duties and standards of the Concierge department
- master and teach all information about dining, activities, and adventures at The Broadmoor
- master standards of the Concierge Desk, Lobby Ambassador, and Window Desk
- oversee training process and materials
- work with management to monitor changes and implement improvements
- communicate team training needs with supervisors
- execute training recaps for improvement
- function as a role model and mentor
- provide active coaching and answer questions
- complete additional duties including VIP itinerary planning, private concierge work, duty assignment during management absence
- adapt to fast-paced and evolving environment
