This position comes with a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires in the Fresno market, with a structured payout after 30 and 60 days of satisfactory service and employment. Design Consultants are encouraged to also generate their own business through networking, referrals, and smart research, increasing earning potential significantly. The company provides extensive training, including a four-week paid program, access to state-of-the-art tools such as laptops and smartphones, and ongoing support from experienced leadership. Compensation is performance-driven and uncapped, with a nationwide average income for Consultants ranging between $80,000 and $90,000 annually through commissions and bonuses.

Candidates need to have full-time availability, including one weekend day, and be comfortable using technology and sales software. Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Full-time availability including one weekend day
