Job Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience as a medical receptionist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work full time including some weekends
  • Dermatology experience preferred
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience as a medical receptionist
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
  • Prior dermatology experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Maintain patient records and update electronic health systems
  • Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff
  • Handle billing and insurance documentation
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service assisting patients with inquiries and concerns
