Our ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in restaurant or retail management and a solid understanding of P&L management, cash control, inventory maintenance, and labor oversight. We seek a motivated leader dedicated to employee training, resource provision, and fostering an atmosphere of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Strong communication skills are essential for staff appraisals, disciplinary actions, and motivation. The role also demands a commitment to corporate policies and health and safety standards.

Offering a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $60,000 annually, contingent on experience and location, this role also provides bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. We emphasize professional development with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and free bachelor’s degrees, along with health benefits from day one, paid time off, and wellness programs.
