The role of Deputy Restaurant Manager (DRM) at Burger King is a dynamic and impactful position within the restaurant team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the DRM plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and food quality are maintained. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, mentoring Shift Coordinators and Team Members, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming, fast, and friendly dining experience. You will collaborate closely with your team to meet sales growth targets, optimize labor costs, uphold food safety regulations, and drive guest satisfaction metrics.   • 1-2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or other fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
