The role of Deputy Restaurant Manager (DRM) at Burger King is a dynamic and impactful position within the restaurant team. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Craft outstanding guest experiences by actively engaging with guests and motivating the team to provide fast, friendly, and appetizing service

- Ensure operational excellence by upholding BK brand standards, promoting innovative ideas, removing obstacles, and demonstrating hands-on leadership
- Enhance profitability by efficiently monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, completing maintenance tasks, and applying sound judgment to maintain cash management and security protocols
