Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Conduct forecasting processes including schedule comparisons and project budget reviews
- Create and update forecasting hours and validate schedules with delivery teams
- Oversee team member assignment aligning resources with project requirements and budgets
- Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on skills, capacity, and timing
- Support resource planning and allocation with people managers and project principals
- Collaborate with deployment managers across business units for optimal resource cross-utilization
- Monitor utilization rates, investigate discrepancies, and remediate utilization variance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
- Generate and analyze resource management reports
- Attend internal resource management meetings and prepare related content
- Manage escalation of scheduling conflicts and utilization variances
- Partner with other organizational teams to support flexible work arrangements and talent development
- Provide guidance on resource management guidelines to ensure optimal utilization
