Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, this position is hosted by a separate company responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. This means the franchisee—not McDonald's USA—will be your employer and handle all decisions related to your employment. McDonald's USA is not involved in the hiring process or management of employees at the franchisee's restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service Department including sales promotions and front counter organization
  • Ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality food, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff
  • Manage People Department by hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew members
  • Provide coaching and leadership to team members and help run day-to-day restaurant operations
