Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, or inventory
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results to teams and managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • maintain organization of front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure food quality, safety, and controlled food costs in the kitchen
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
