Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, or inventory
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to teams and managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotions and service staff training
- maintain organization of front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- ensure food quality, safety, and controlled food costs in the kitchen
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
