This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand elements including logos and food products, ensuring that customers receive the authentic McDonald's experience. However, it's important to note that all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not control or influence these employment decisions. When you are hired, you will be an employee of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, making the franchisee your direct employer and point of contact for any employment-related queries or concerns.

The managerial role involves leading shifts to ensure customers consistently enjoy a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Managers not only oversee daily operations but may also take on departmental responsibilities including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up on performance are key leadership functions of this role. Department-specific managers focus on areas such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management. Guest Service Managers ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operation of the front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru. Kitchen Managers focus on quality food preparation, food safety, and cost controls. People Managers are responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating the crew to meet sales and profit targets.

Preferred candidates have previous managerial experience, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors. Being 18 years or older is a requirement for managers in corporate-owned McDonald's locations.
