Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned departments like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- oversee Guest Service Department for customer experience, sales promotions, staff training and area organization
- ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality food, maintains food safety, controls food cost and trains kitchen staff
- manage People Department for hiring, training, scheduling and motivating crew
- coach and develop team members
