Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned departments like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • oversee Guest Service Department for customer experience, sales promotions, staff training and area organization
  • ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality food, maintains food safety, controls food cost and trains kitchen staff
  • manage People Department for hiring, training, scheduling and motivating crew
  • coach and develop team members
