Job Duties

  • managing training, food safety, and inventory management systems
  • setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, and following up on progress
  • reporting results back to team and other managers
  • overseeing kitchen staff for high quality, safe, and cost-controlled food production
  • hiring, training, and scheduling qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
  • motivating and recognizing crew members to engage employees
  • ensuring memorable customer experience and organizing front counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for best service
