Boselli & Sons' LLC DBA McDonald's is an independent franchisee operating within the globally recognized McDonald's brand. This role is for a Department Restaurant Manager position in one of Boselli & Sons' LLC's McDonald's franchise restaurants. The position is open to individuals aged 18 and older and offers a competitive pay structure, including a salary range from $58,700 to $60,000 per year dependent on experience, alongside an additional bonus program based on performance results. Alternatively, hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour is available, also with a performance bonus program. This flexibility allows employees to find a compensation plan that matches their career aspirations.

The Department Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful operation of the restaurant by overseeing key areas such as training, food safety, inventory management, and team delegation. Managers set goals, track progress, and report outcomes, ensuring smooth communication between their team and other management personnel. There are different specialized departments within the restaurant: Kitchen Department Managers focus primarily on food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training for production procedures and new menu items. People Department Managers concentrate on recruiting qualified crew members, training them, scheduling effectively to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating the workforce through employee recognition. Service Department Managers emphasize customer experience, sales promotional activities, training service efficiency, and organizing front counter McCafe and Drive-Thru operations for optimal service.
