Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- open availability including nights and weekends
- satisfactory background check
- highly motivated and results driven
- strong organizational skills

- ability to maintain confidentiality
- experience managing staff and resources

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years restaurant or hospitality management experience
- proven leadership skills in fast-paced environments
- team-focused with ability to motivate and develop staff
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience managing a full bar preferred
- skilled in basic mathematical computations
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
Job Duties
- Manage and develop Heart of House, Bar, or Hospitality teams
- oversee staffing, training, and scheduling within budgeted labor guidelines
- ensure food and beverage quality and compliance with health and safety standards
- handle inventory control and vendor communication
- analyze performance metrics and create action plans
- conduct administrative functions including inventory and invoicing
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- implement incentive programs and motivate team members
- manage guest comment program and resolve complaints
- collaborate with General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals
- enforce responsible alcohol service policies
- execute local marketing initiatives
