Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver’s license
- satisfactory background check
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications as required by law
- knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- strong organizational and communication skills
- self-motivated and results driven
- experience managing a full bar preferred
- ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Source and recruit key talent for all business areas
- conduct interviews of walk-in candidates and support new team member orientations
- ensure execution of company training and development programs
- plan and lead shift meetings to build team camaraderie
- participate in weekly manager meetings
- provide shift-by-shift coaching and counseling to team members
- ensure compliance with wage and labor laws and safety standards
- manage shift labor to match business demands and avoid overtime
- engage actively in store operations and guest service support
- safeguard restaurant assets
- execute new product and marketing promotions
- manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and food cost management
- control expenses
