Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • satisfactory background check
  • ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications as required by law
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • self-motivated and results driven
  • experience managing a full bar preferred
  • ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Source and recruit key talent for all business areas
  • conduct interviews of walk-in candidates and support new team member orientations
  • ensure execution of company training and development programs
  • plan and lead shift meetings to build team camaraderie
  • participate in weekly manager meetings
  • provide shift-by-shift coaching and counseling to team members
  • ensure compliance with wage and labor laws and safety standards
  • manage shift labor to match business demands and avoid overtime
  • engage actively in store operations and guest service support
  • safeguard restaurant assets
  • execute new product and marketing promotions
  • manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and food cost management
  • control expenses
