Job Description
World Wide Wings is seeking dedicated and highly motivated Department Managers to join their team and oversee specific areas within the restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational excellence. The Heart of House Department Manager focuses on the food/product matters, staff planning, and team member development in the kitchen area. The Bar Department Manager is responsible for all matters related to the bar, including ordering beverages, inventory control, and compliance with alcohol service regulations. The Hospitality Manager supervises dining room service and focuses on team member planning and development.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- possess the ability to create a fun and exciting environment for both guests and team members
- skilled in basic mathematical computations
- proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- maintain confidential information and adhere to company policies and compliance issues
- bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, with experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- completion of a high school education or equivalent
- valid driver's license, satisfactory background check, and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
