Job Requirements

- minimum 12 months retail or food service experience
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- capacity to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day
- capability to perform fine manipulation and use of hands for grasping, pushing, and pulling

Job Duties
- Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods team members
- works with Prepared Foods trainer to train team members and build a high-performance team
- assists in training new team members using checklists and materials
- keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated
- opens and closes the department following procedures
- ensures all necessary breaks are given
- communicates team concerns to team leader and associate team leader
- sets and achieves high standards of retail execution
- fosters a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and morale
- maintains awareness of customer flows and directs team members accordingly
- responds promptly to customer needs and questions
