This restaurant is an independently owned McDonald's franchise restaurant, operated by a dedicated franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and sell McDonald's food products. This franchisee operates as a separate business entity, completely independent from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- ensure crew deliver great customer experiences and properly execute sales promotions
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for efficient service
- train and develop staff in service and production procedures
