Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
  • Make sure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and staff training in service procedures
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for best service
  • Ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food costs
