- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
- Make sure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and staff training in service procedures
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for best service
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food costs
