Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate and friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety and inventory management

- Train staff in service and production procedures
- Organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- Control food quality, cost and safety
