Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work varied shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate and friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks and follow up with teams
  • Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
  • Train staff in service and production procedures
  • Organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • Control food quality, cost and safety
