Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in a managerial role preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems such as training, food safety, and inventory

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up and report results to team and management
- Ensure Guest Service team delivers excellent customer service and organized front counter and drive-thru
- Oversee Kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Manage People Department with hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
