Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in a managerial role preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Ability to manage multiple systems such as training, food safety, and inventory

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to team and management
  • Ensure Guest Service team delivers excellent customer service and organized front counter and drive-thru
  • Oversee Kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • Manage People Department with hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
