This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under a licensed franchisee arrangement with the renowned McDonald's brand. Being independently owned and operated, this franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald's logos and food products while managing all aspects of employment within the restaurant. This means that candidates hired for this role will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and management
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotion execution
- organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
- hire qualified crew and provide thorough training
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
