Being independently owned and operated, this franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald's logos and food products while managing all aspects of employment within the restaurant. This means that candidates hired for this role will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, maintaining full operational and managerial control over the restaurant employees.
