Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage specific departments including Guest Service, Kitchen or People Management
- Oversee important systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results
- Train and develop crew members and other managers
- Organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal performance
- Control food quality, safety, and cost
