Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage specific departments including Guest Service, Kitchen or People Management
  • Oversee important systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results
  • Train and develop crew members and other managers
  • Organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal performance
  • Control food quality, safety, and cost
