This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, who holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently from McDonald's USA. This means the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least 18 years old
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • willingness to learn and grow in a management role

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • oversee Guest Service Department to ensure excellent customer experience
  • ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality, safe food and controls food costs
  • manage People Department by hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew members
