Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- oversee departments like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- make sure sales promotions are executed correctly
- train service staff in procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure quality and safety of food
- control food costs
- hire, train and schedule staff according to sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
