Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or managerial experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results to team and managers
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring crew deliver great customer experience and manage Front Counter, McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- Supervise Kitchen Department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
- Train kitchen staff on food production and new menu items
- Manage People Department responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and motivating crew
