Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set team goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Recognize and motivate staff throughout their tenure
