Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • ability to train and motivate employees
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • must be able to maintain a positive and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • flexibility with scheduling
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks and follow up on team performance
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • oversee food quality, safety, production procedures and food cost control in the kitchen
  • hire and train qualified crew, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
