Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- ability to train and motivate employees
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be able to maintain a positive and energetic attitude
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- flexibility with scheduling
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks and follow up on team performance
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- oversee food quality, safety, production procedures and food cost control in the kitchen
- hire and train qualified crew, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
