This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, including its logos and food products. As such, employment decisions, hiring processes, disciplinary actions, and staffing matters are handled solely by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA itself. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • oversee guest service delivery including sales promotions and staff training
  • ensure kitchen delivers high-quality, safe food while controlling food costs
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
