Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- oversee sales promotions execution
- train service staff in procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
- ensure kitchen staff deliver quality food, maintain food safety, and control food costs
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize staff
- support recruitment and retention efforts
