Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and brand identity while managing the day-to-day operations and all employment matters. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee sales promotions execution
  • train service staff in procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
  • ensure kitchen staff deliver quality food, maintain food safety, and control food costs
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize staff
  • support recruitment and retention efforts
