Job Description

This job posting is for a managerial position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee that holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees are solely managed by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not have control over any employment decisions and will not be involved in the application or hiring processes. This distinction clarifies that if hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald's USA.

The franchise, serving McDonald's famous fast-paced food service environment, provides an opportunity for career growth, offering a satisfying career with good benefits and excellent opportunities for advancement. It allows employees to choose their hours, pursue their education, build vital skills, and be themselves while working as part of a dynamic and motivated team. The job promotes a welcoming atmosphere where employees are encouraged to say yes to working with energy and purpose, finding new talent, providing coaching and leadership, and contributing to a business that delivers delicious food and feel-good moments consistently.

The company offers more than just a job — it provides pathways to future growth with valuable job training, college tuition assistance through the Archways to Opportunity program, and retirement benefits. Employees have access to education programs that include opportunities to earn a high school degree, college tuition assistance, and English classes. The company values its employees by offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation days, paid holidays, sabbaticals, medical and dental coverage, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance, paid leaves of absence, employee recognition awards, adoption assistance, and charitable giving programs.

This role is a chance to be part of a well-established brand recognized worldwide while employed by an independent local business. The franchise seeks positive, flexible team players with previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. Candidates should have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to grow in leadership roles. Employees must be at least 18 years old to qualify as managers in these corporate-owned and operated restaurants. The company culture focuses on inclusivity, motivation, and career development, making it a great place to build lasting skills and achieve career goals.
