This job posting is for a management position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. It is essential to understand that while the franchisee operates the restaurant using McDonald's branding, logos, and food products, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA, which means McDonald's USA has no involvement in employment decisions at this restaurant. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervising employees. This ensures that employees understand who their direct employer is and where to direct any employment-related concerns or questions.

The restaurant operates within the well-known McDonald's system, famous worldwide for its fast food and quality dining experience. McDonald's franchisee restaurants follow the high standards of quality, customer service, and consistency that the McDonald's brand is recognized for. Guest Service Department Managers oversee the customer service experience, sales promotions, and ensure that Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are operated efficiently and organized for optimal service. Kitchen Department Managers focus on maintaining food quality and safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in preparation procedures, including new menu items. People Department Managers concentrate on hiring qualified crew members, providing proper training, scheduling effectively to meet sales goals, and motivating and recognizing team members throughout their employment.
