Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
- train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
- hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
- recognize and support crew throughout employment
