Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
  • maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
  • recognize and support crew throughout employment
