Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • able to lead shifts managing customer experience
  • capable of managing systems like training food safety inventory management
  • able to set goals delegate follow up and report
  • skilled in organizing service areas and managing staff
  • experience in food quality safety cost control
  • able to hire train schedule and motivate crew

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems like Training Food Safety and Inventory Management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crews and managers deliver great customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotion execution and training in service procedures
  • organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service
  • maintain food quality safety and cost control
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate staff
