Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- able to lead shifts managing customer experience
- capable of managing systems like training food safety inventory management
- able to set goals delegate follow up and report
- skilled in organizing service areas and managing staff
- experience in food quality safety cost control
- able to hire train schedule and motivate crew
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems like Training Food Safety and Inventory Management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crews and managers deliver great customer experiences
- oversee sales promotion execution and training in service procedures
- organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service
- maintain food quality safety and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
