Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • Oversee Guest Service department ensuring quality customer service and well-trained staff
  • Manage Kitchen department to deliver quality food, maintain food safety, control costs, and train staff
  • Supervise People department handling hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members to maintain high morale
