Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage specific restaurant departments or systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report to team and other managers
- Oversee Guest Service Department including crew training and service area organization
- Ensure Kitchen Department maintains food quality, safety, cost control, and production training
- Manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Support team development and recognize employee contributions
