Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage specific restaurant departments or systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report to team and other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service Department including crew training and service area organization
  • Ensure Kitchen Department maintains food quality, safety, cost control, and production training
  • Manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Support team development and recognize employee contributions
