The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products, operating the restaurant under McDonald's standards and reputation but as a separate entity. Employment at this location is directly managed by the franchisee, who oversees all hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision. McDonald's USA does not influence or participate in these employment decisions and does not receive applications submitted to this establishment.
The role available is for a Department Manager at this McDonald's franchise, an essential leadership position that combines operational oversight with team development and customer service quality assurance. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, with customer experiences that are fast, accurate, and friendly. - Organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
