Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent guest service and that promotions are properly executed
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
