Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent guest service and that promotions are properly executed
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
