It is important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, which means the restaurant operates using McDonald's menu offerings and brand recognition. However, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are exclusively handled by the franchisee, without any involvement from McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • basic understanding of food safety and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality

  • positive attitude and flexibility in scheduling

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast accurate and friendly experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and follow up with team members
  • oversee the Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer service and proper organization of service areas
  • manage the Kitchen Department focusing on food quality safety and cost control
  • supervise the People Department including hiring training scheduling and motivating staff
  • report results and collaborate with other managers
