Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast accurate and friendly experience
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks and follow up with team members
- oversee the Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer service and proper organization of service areas
- manage the Kitchen Department focusing on food quality safety and cost control
- supervise the People Department including hiring training scheduling and motivating staff
- report results and collaborate with other managers
