Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- ensure sales promotions are executed well
- maintain organization of front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas
- control food cost and ensure quality and safety in food preparation
- hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize team members
- provide coaching and leadership development
