Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • passion for customer service
  • ability to delegate and follow up on tasks

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • ensure sales promotions are executed well
  • maintain organization of front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas
  • control food cost and ensure quality and safety in food preparation
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members
  • provide coaching and leadership development
