Kitchen Department Managers ensure the preparation and delivery of quality food products while managing food safety and controlling food costs. They also make sure kitchen team members are fully trained in all food production protocols, including new menu item rollouts.

People Department Managers have the important responsibility of recruiting qualified crew members, training them effectively, and scheduling them in alignment with the business’s sales and profit targets.
