Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on tasks and report progress to team and other managers
- oversee guest services including crew training and sales promotions
- maintain organization in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly while controlling food safety and costs
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive work environment
