Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on tasks and report progress to team and other managers
  • oversee guest services including crew training and sales promotions
  • maintain organization in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly while controlling food safety and costs
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive work environment
