Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to other managers
- oversee guest service department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized service areas
- ensure kitchen department delivers quality food, controls food cost, and maintains food safety
- manage people department focusing on hiring, training, scheduling and motivating crew
