Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee training and development of crew and managers
  • delegate tasks and follow up on results
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • control food costs and inventory management
  • organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for efficient operations
