Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- Oversee sales promotions and service staff training
- Maintain organization of Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
