This job posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are managed exclusively by the franchisee, with McDonald's USA having no control or involvement in these decisions. Candidates hired for this position will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This means that the franchisee is responsible for all employment related activities and decisions. McDonald's USA does not receive the employment application nor is it involved in the recruitment or hiring process for the restaurant.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • Oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • Maintain organization of Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
  • Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
