This job posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are managed exclusively by the franchisee, with McDonald's USA having no control or involvement in these decisions. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have previous management experience preferred
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Capacity to motivate and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments desirable
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • Oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • Maintain organization of Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
  • Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
