Job Description

This job opening is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. While this franchisee operates the restaurant under the McDonald's brand, it is a separate legal entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions, management, staffing, and all operational tasks relating to employees at this location are the responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience within restaurant, retail or hospitality environments is ideal

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • oversee guest service ensuring great customer experience
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • control food quality, safety, and cost in kitchen
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit targets
