Job Duties

  • leading weekly shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • managing assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management

  • supervising sales promotions and service procedures
  • organizing front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • overseeing quality and safety of food
  • controlling food costs
  • training kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hiring qualified crew
  • training and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivating and recognizing crew members
