Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience leading teams in a customer service environment
  • Ability to delegate tasks and follow up on results
  • Understanding of food safety and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet age requirement of 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous McDonald's managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management ideal
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Train staff in service or production procedures
  • Supervise employees and provide coaching and feedback
  • Monitor food safety, quality, and cost control
  • Organize and maintain service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
