Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience leading teams in a customer service environment
- Ability to delegate tasks and follow up on results
- Understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet age requirement of 18 years or older
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Train staff in service or production procedures
- Supervise employees and provide coaching and feedback
- Monitor food safety, quality, and cost control
- Organize and maintain service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
