Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to motivate and develop team members
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • positive attitude and flexible schedule
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals for the department and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on task completion and report results
  • ensure excellent customer experience in Guest Service department
  • organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality and safety
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • motivate and recognize team members
  • implement sales promotions effectively
