Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- positive attitude and flexible schedule
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals for the department and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on task completion and report results
- ensure excellent customer experience in Guest Service department
- organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality and safety
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- motivate and recognize team members
- implement sales promotions effectively
