Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- make sure sales promotions are executed properly
- train service staff and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize employees to meet sales and profit goals
