This position is offered at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated independently by a franchisee, not directly by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks and food products but operates as a separate entity. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • make sure sales promotions are executed properly
  • train service staff and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize employees to meet sales and profit goals
