This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products while operating its restaurant. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in management preferred
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences

- Oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- Train staff in production and safety procedures
- Organize workspace for optimal efficiency
