This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, not directly by McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products while operating its restaurant. As such, the franchisee is a separate legal and operational entity responsible for employment decisions, staffing, scheduling, hiring, and all employee-related matters within the restaurant. McDonald's USA does not influence or control these processes and will not access employment applications or participate in interview or hiring decisions.

The available position is for a Department Manager role within this franchise-owned McDonald's restaurant. The Kitchen Department Manager focuses on food quality, speed of service, food safety protocols, cost control, and thorough training of kitchen staff on production and new menu items. The People Department Manager concentrates on hiring qualified employees, comprehensive training, employee scheduling aligned with business goals, and fostering motivation and recognition among staff.
