Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, not directly by McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products while operating its restaurant. As such, the franchisee is a separate legal and operational entity responsible for employment decisions, staffing, scheduling, hiring, and all employee-related matters within the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in management preferred
  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage department-specific systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on performance
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • Train staff in production and safety procedures
  • Organize workspace for optimal efficiency
