This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s well-known logos, branding, and food products, operating under the McDonald’s banner but functioning as a completely autonomous business entity. As such, this franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all staffing decisions and employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, scheduling, and daily operations. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- commitment to high customer service standards
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to undergo training and development
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- oversee training and coaching of crew and managers
- ensure food safety and quality standards
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations for optimal service
